Dinner Under the Stars

Thanks to the Lavazza partnership, in which last year Michelin Star chef Carlo Cracco presented the event, Baronecchia will once again host "Dinner under stars". Norbert Niederkofler, a big name in the field of gourmet cuisine, will deliver his passion for gastronomy and alpine traditions. Once again, Chesal 1805 will be the location for an evening dedicated to culinary excellence. The lodge restaurant, which overlooks the valley, has recently been refurbished and it is set to indulge even the most refined palates with a truly unique experience, accompanied by elaborate gastronomic delicacies from the most renowned advocates of mountain cuisine.
The speciality of the Michelin Star Chef will be his ability to combine tradition and modernity in Italian mountain cuisine; concentrating on the use of local ingredients and products from the area. A great focus will be on the elimination of intermediaries, creating an network for agriculture: uniting chefs with farmers and local businesses. Over time, Cook the Mountain’s philosophy has grown into a project which has been greatly promoted and esteemed for its mountain gastronomy, even on an international magnitude.
Bardonecchia guarantees a resort which is equally devoted to its gastronomic excellence as it is to sport. After the success of last season, it promises to once again offer the gourmet experience with a new and refined Michelin Star dinner at the Chesal 1805 restaurant in Melezet.
